The formulation of this product was specifically designed to serve as a successful replacement for the conventional cream-type Step 3. Additionally, we have incorporated PVP/PA (polyvinylpyrrolidone) into the formula, which helps to hold the brow hairs in place during the treatment, allowing them to be reshaped and set in the desired style.
